Open Studio Tour Artists Show

The Open Studio Artists Show is a great opportunity to preview the work of Henderson County artists who will be participating in the 2009 Open Studio Tour, October 10–11. This show will also be featured during the 50th Anniversary of Art on Main, October 2–4. Opening Friday, October 9th.

If you're from the Hendersonville area, this weekend's Open Studios tour will be a fantastic way to sample artwork from some of Western North Carolina's Artists. Get more information from the website links above.
Don't forget, Greenville's Open Studios is just weeks away. Village Studios & Gallery has four of the 124 artists that are participating in this year's event. Each of the artists will be giving demonstrations and talking about their own works in their working studios on Saturday November 6th and Sunday November 7th. This is a rare opportunity to meet each artist in person, to purchase a piece of original artwork directly from the person who created it, and to connect with a major part of the cultural activity in Upstate South Carolina.
